Membership
To our members, MTC is more than just a club. We are a community that offers a welcoming place to relax, meet new and old friends, and connect through tennis, swimming, food and drink.
Monkland Tennis Club is currently accepting applications for Social or Tennis Membership. The number of individual or family members accepted into each category is decided annually by our Board of Directors. Most membership movement occurs prior to club opening on May 1st, however there are usually some opportunities to be accepted into active membership throughout the year. When determining member applications, the Board reviews Club capacity measures and annual renewals/resignations.

GST and PST will be applied to all fees. All memberships are non-refundable.
Membership Application
We are pleased that you are interested in exploring all that a membership at Monkland Tennis Club has to offer. We welcome applications from those who love tennis and want to be a part of the vibrant, diverse, and active community at Monkland. Before filling out the application below, please read the following important information:

Consult the fee schedule for the fees and conditions which apply to each membership category before completing the application form.

Each adult member has an annual minimum house account of $290 which applies to bar and kitchen expenditures, and all non-tennis social events.

Junior members are exempt from the annual minimum, however, their expenditures count towards their parent(s)’ minimums.

All children under the age of 18 and their birth dates must be entered on the application form.

We ask for two references who must be members in good standing with the Club. We welcome references to any other members (current and former) you might know or references from other clubs which you have been a member of. If you are new to the area or haven’t had a chance to meet anyone from Monkland, send us an email at [email protected] .

A valid credit card is a condition of membership. Annual fees are debited to the credit card unless written notice is received by February 21 st of each year. Membership renewal is automatic and all memberships are non-refundable.

Membership applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors, who may request to meet with applicants as they see fit.
